Background Information

Now, let’s go deeper into the concept of love, down to depths where few have been asked to go and where few would ever dare to enter. Let’s go to the cross. Yes, the cross where our Lord was crucified for and by those He loved—and with his dying breath uttered the greatest acclamation ever heard by mankind, “Father, forgive them! They know not what they are doing!”
